Starting Saint Wulstan's as a rising three is an exciting step in your child’s early years journey and we are delighted to welcome you and your child into our school community. Our rising three provision offers a nurturing, gentle transition into nursery life, where children feel safe, loved and supported as they grow in confidence and independence.
Guided by our Catholic values of love, care, kindness and respect, we work closely with families to ensure every child feels secure and happy during this exciting stage. A Day in Nursery
Our nursery day is designed to be calm, engaging and balanced. Children are warmly welcomed at the start of the day and can choose from a range of play‑based activities indoors and outdoors.
Throughout the day, children enjoy:
- Time to explore and play independently and with friends
- Shared snack or meal times that encourage independence and social skills
- Outdoor learning and physical play
- Stories, songs and small group times
While we follow a gentle routine, we remain flexible to meet the needs of all children.
